Before You Book
Do you charge for the estimate?
No. The in-home assessment is free, with no obligation to book.
What if my existing quote is fair?
We'll tell you so. You'll have a clear picture of what's reasonable for your project, and you can decide who to go with from there.
Will you try to sell me a bigger or more expensive system?
No. We do a proper heat-loss calculation for your specific home and recommend what you actually need. Oversizing a heat pump makes it run worse, not better — we'd rather get it right.
What should I bring to the appointment?
Your existing quote, ideally with line-item pricing if it's available. Recent BC Hydro and gas bills are helpful but not required. A few photos of your current heating system and electrical panel save us time.
How long does it take?
Usually 30–60 minutes on-site. We walk the home, look at your existing system and electrical panel, and have a real conversation. You'll have our written quote within a few business days.
What if I'm not ready to buy yet?
No problem. A lot of homeowners get quotes months in advance to plan around budget, rebates, or seasonality. The quote stays good for 30 days, and we'll never chase you with sales calls.
