What is a ductless heat pump?
One Outdoor Unit, Indoor Heads Where You Need Them
A ductless system serves one room or zone at a time with individual indoor units connected to a small outdoor unit. You get precise temperature control, quiet operation, and excellent efficiency year-round — without tearing into walls and ceilings to install ductwork.
Modern ductless mini-splits operate at 19–24 dB indoors. That's quieter than a whisper. You'll barely notice they're running, even at night.

Wall-mounted (high wall)
The most common style. Quick to install, strong air throw, and a low profile. Mounts up high on an exterior wall.
Floor console
Sits low like a radiator — ideal under windows, in knee-wall rooms, or anywhere you don't want anything mounted high.
Ceiling cassette (1-way or 4-way)
Discreet, flush appearance with wide, even air distribution. Great for finished basements, large rooms, or anywhere you want the unit to disappear into the ceiling.
Ceiling-suspended (under-ceiling)
For big open rooms with limited wall space — like a great room or shop.
