24/7 emergency response
When You Need Us Most
HVAC emergencies don't wait for business hours, and neither do we. Whether your furnace died on the coldest night of the year or your heat pump is making a noise that just doesn't sound right, call us. We triage every emergency and get a tech out as quickly as we can. Response time depends on current demand and your location — we'll give you an honest estimate the moment we pick up the phone.
Our trucks carry parts for the most common failures, so we can fix most problems on the first visit instead of leaving you cold while we order a part.
Know what counts
What's an HVAC Emergency?
If you're not sure whether your situation warrants an emergency call — call us anyway. We'd rather check and find nothing than have you suffer (or worse, miss a real safety issue). Things that always count:
- No heat in winter — especially if it's cold, especially if there are kids, elderly, or pets
- No cooling during extreme heat — we get heat domes now, and they're dangerous for vulnerable people
- Gas smell — shut off the gas supply, leave the home, call us from outside
- Carbon monoxide alarm — leave the home immediately, call 911 first, then us
- Water leak from your HVAC system — can damage flooring, drywall, and electrical fast
- Burning or chemical smell from your air handler — shut off the system at the breaker and call us
- Sparks, smoke, or repeated breaker trips — electrical issues that can become fires
What it costs
Honest Pricing, Even for Emergencies
Here's the deal on emergency calls:
- We charge a reasonable after-hours service fee — but we don't gouge. It's not 3x the normal rate.
- You'll know the cost before we start any work — same as a regular service call
- If we can fix it on the first visit (we usually can), great. If we need to come back with a part, we tell you exactly what's happening and what it'll cost.
- Diagnostic fees are waived if you proceed with the repair
We've been doing this for 36 years. Our reputation is built on showing up when it matters — not on how much we can squeeze out of a single emergency call.
