Six Warning Signs You Shouldn't Ignore
1. Unusual noise
High-pitched sounds from your outdoor or indoor unit need immediate attention. Turn off the breaker and call us — running a unit with mechanical failure can turn a small repair into a major one.
2. Low output / not heating or cooling well
Reduced performance often points to a refrigerant leak. Quick service prevents compressor damage, which is one of the most expensive failures on a heat pump.
3. Blank thermostat
A non-responsive thermostat usually means an electrical issue — blown fuse, tripped circuit, or a fault on the control board. We diagnose the root cause, not just the symptom.
4. Tripped breaker
