Before You Sign Up

Q What happens after I sign up?

You'll get a welcome email confirming your membership. Within one business day, we'll reach out to schedule your first annual tune-up at a time that works for you. From that point on, you're a member — discount applies automatically on any service call, and you go to the front of the line.

Q Is there a contract or long-term commitment?

No. Cancel anytime by emailing or calling us. We'll stop the next charge — no fees, no questions, no awkward sales calls trying to keep you.

Q Does the membership cover repairs?

Not directly — repairs are billed separately. But members get 10% off all parts and labour, priority booking when something goes wrong, and a 50% discount on the annual tune-up. The plan pays for itself the first time you need us out.

Q What if I have more than one system?

Pick "Multiple systems" in the equipment dropdown and we'll talk through it. For most homes, one membership covers everything we service at that address.

Q I'd rather just talk to someone first.
